Kristy posted last week about Mobile Ad Summit, a new Advertising Week event hosted today by JumpTap and featuring several panelists and presentations from Mojiva. Most exciting, Dave will take the stage at 2:10 p.m. today to present mOcean Mobile for the first time. That’s the spinoff company we announced yesterday to independently run our mobile ad platform, while Mojiva maintains the self-serve and premium ad network.
In more Advertising Week news, I was just invited by Matt Carona of Billboard to be on a panel this Thursday about mobile and community at Going Global & Going Mobile 2009, an event hosted by St. Armand Ventures.
Going Global & Going Mobile 2009 will take place on Thursday, September 24, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Steuben Glass, 667 Madison Ave (at 61st). It will explore how today's advanced mobile devices and applications have revolutionized the way we connect around the world, and examine how all sectors of business are using mobile technology to increase efficiency and expand individual networks.
Tickets are $125 each and registration includes admission to the Steuben Glass Museum (bonus!) but if you are in the mobile space and would like to attend as my guest, feel free to email me at Kate@mojiva.com.
